Tamar Speaks ! Rites of Passage Program
( for Boys and Girls 12 -21 years old).
The Rites Of Passage Program: philosophy is designed for males and females twelve to twenty-one years old our GOAL is to
appropriately develop intellectual, emotional, social,
and spiritual/ or faith journey through a supportive developmental process to meet the needs of our participants through Rites of Passage Process our goal: is to empower, educate, train-females and males by providing them with adequate styles
of behaviors to help the adolescents to develop age appropriately with a positive' self-image through a Rites of Passage process.
The program provides a mentoring component.The program is design to promote Leadership qualities for the teen participating to develop a mature foundation of transformation into a young adulthood process through developing a mature foundation of
transformation into young adulthood process for
learning the task of responsibilities to understand the
important of of cooperation in their personal,
peers, education, communities and work professional relationships.
The program offers engages the youth with a purpose for their own
individual lives through learning techniques in how to think
critically about their own life process by focusing on their goals.
Tamar Speaks! Rites Of Passage program provides the youth with Self- Esteem and Self- Reflection through individual and group
counseling using a Holistic Process. The program moves a adolescent into a nurturing and responsibility adult.This process for the adolescent can be positive or negative it is challenging and rewarding.
The Rites Of Passage provides a support for the teen stages of developmental process to help them to make a mature transitional period toward a journey to young adulthood.
Tamar Speaks! Rites of Passage Offers: The Adolescent a comprehensive Program to address their
needs effectively.
